We have put much effort into designing our scheduling system, which allows us to schedule appointments in a precise manner. The same types of appointments are scheduled at the same time. This type of scheduling enables our office to run more efficiently and allows us to achieve a better quality of treatment. Our goal is to allow you to be seen on time for your appointment, to do all necessary scheduled treatment, to make appointments as stress free for you as possible, and to minimize interruptions to your busy schedule.
The length of your appointment will depend upon the treatment. When you initially receive your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.), the appointment takes one to two hours. Subsequently, you will see us at regular intervals, typically 6 to 12 weeks apart, until the final detailing, which may occur more frequently, as needed. These appointments range from 20 to 40 minutes.
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Friday: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
- Administrative Time (Daily): 12:00PM - 2:00PM
Patients are seen by appointment only. Longer appointments are usually scheduled in the later morning or early afternoon, allowing us to see more patients in the earlier morning and later afternoon for shorter visits. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. Cancel your appointment only if it is absolutely necessary. It is challenging to reschedule, since most appointments are made 6 to 12 weeks in advance. However, we will work with you in whatever way that we can.
Proper treatment momentum and scheduling at recommended intervals of time will minimize the need for more days, weeks, or months to be added at the end of your total treatment time.
In the unlikely event that you miss one of your appointments, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible. Our Team requests 24 - 48 hours notice for a change in appointment time.
